FAQ
Shipping:
- We will do our best to pack and ship out your order as soon as possible. Unfortunatly shipping can be delayed due to the postal service,The weather and or Holidays.
- Please wait a few extra days after expected delivery date because there might just be a delay with the postal service.
- We have the option for cheaper shipping without tracking information. That does mean if your order is lost during shipping and you had no tracking information, we sadly cannot be held responsible for any resulting damages or losses.
Refunds & Cancelation:
- Yes it's possible to ask for a refund if your order hasn't been shipped out yet. However it’s not possible to ask for a refund once your order is shipped out.
Preorder items are unfortunately NOT refundable!
This is because we use preorders to fund production because of the high costs!
